I had back pain, from stress I think, as well as tight calves as a result of regular road running. Cherry made me feel at ease and at the start did a consultation and a bit of background about me. The massage itself was terrific, very soothing and relaxing. She found tight muscles and knots and worked to relieve them and this was followed by some stretching at the end. She also took the time and care to advise me about foam rollers and a few stretches that help runners. Most importantly, my back pain has now gone. I was impressed by the full scale skeleton model, looks like he's been running too much! Overall very pleased and will recommend to others and will be booking again soon, thanks Cherry!"

He told me that what he sees in my body and on scans and x Rays does not mirror my mobility and pain. I have no doubt that it is your ongoing support and expert treatment which has kept me moving and stopped further damage to more parts of my body. When I have major surgery next year there will be nobody I will entrust other than you to get me walking again"
